2013 PSE Archery DNA

2013 PSE Archery DNA

New to the PSE Archery line up for 2013 is the all new Dream Season DNA. Designed for hunters the DNA weighs in at a lightweight 3.7lbs great for those long hunts deep in the back country but at the same time the DNA didn't sacrifice performance for weight the DNA is still shooting at a blazing fast 352 fps. The PSE Archery DNA also features the new Ceterlock 2 limb pockets for increased accuracy and reduced vibration, Flex Cable Slide to reduce 3rd axis torque. And the new Backstop 2 system to improve the back wall of the bow. The new Dream Season DNA looks to be a serious hunting bow.

PSE Pro line at Gannett Ridge!!

For any of our customers that haven't been by the shop in the last few weeks one of the most exciting developments has been that we are now a full service PSE Archery dealer and will be carrying the entire PSE Pro Line for 2013.  Since the 2013 line was recently released over the next few days we are going to go over the exciting new changes to the 2013 PSE Archery line.

To start off we are going to go over the Flagship of PSE Archery 2013 line;

PSE Omen Max

The new Omen Max has a redesigned larger limb pocket which takes out much of the after shot vibration and hand shock but keeps the blazing fast 366 fps. speed that the Omen is know for. The redesigned Planar Flex Riser Design and Centerlock pocket system make the Omen Max one of the most accurate bows ever produced.

Photo of the Day 29

Here is a picture I took this morning out at the archery range here in Fort Collins.  Josh is shooting the new Bowtech Insanity and running Easton Flatlines.  You can see more of these shots in our preseason video coming out soon!

Photo of the Day 28

Here is a similar picture to what I posted the other day but zoomed in.  Crazy how small you can feel when you look at stuff like this.

Photo of the Day 23

14 days until we can start chasing this guy.

Photo of the Day 14

We went out to film a trail running segment this morning and ran into a bachelor group of muleys.  If that doesn't get your blood pumping for the end of August I don't know what will.  Should have the video up in the next couple of weeks and at that point I'll come back in and post the link for it.  23 days until season.  Remember to get geared up completely at our website! Until season, happy scouting!

Photo of they Day 9

It is truly amazing the things a person will do to get pictures of elk and deer.  Hiked about 1500 vertical down to put up a Minox Trail camera over a water hole.  Going down wasn't too bad but the hike back out was a little rough! Oh well, a great excuse to test out my new Sitka Mountain pants and Traverse hoody.  Plus is was a good get in better shape hike to get ready for season.  Now I just have to get back in there to check that camera some time. "What was I thinking?"

Photo of the Day 7

Just a little Robin Hood action with the Bowtech Insanity and Easton Flatlines.  Nothing like breaking arrows in the 10 ring at 330 fps.

Photo of the Day 5

We happened to see quite a few moose when we were up on a hike the other day.  Got pretty close to this cow and calf.  Made sure I stayed far enough away not to get charged.  Fun to see them up close though.
